Service and food was great as expected. Went for Lobster Fest!
Was the worst dinner and we loved going to Red Lobster. The wait was 30 min and then when we got seated half the restaurant was empty so not sure what that was about. Then the biscuit plates had old piece of onion on it which was very unappealing. After that when we got the dinner my wife's side did not come with it. Also the food wasn't hot it was barley warm. Not sure what is going on at Red Lobster but was very disappointed and will be awhile if ever that we give it another try.
My friend and I had a wonderful time, our waitress was attentive and helpful with our menu choices, she didn't give us a hard time when we had for a substitution and though I know it's her job, her attitude made my experience fantastic. Oh, and the food was excellent as well!!
A wonderful experience! Our server was friendly and attentive. The meal was timed correctly and when she found out we were there celebrating, she brought out a sundae with CONGRATS written on the plate and decorated!
Horrible service, horrible food, management must lack, I'm from Marquette come there often I would never recommend it to anyone. Surprised they've been there as long as they have!
