What an amazing hotel. Rooms are great, clean and quiet. The staff are awesome, friendly and very accommodating. The location is in the perfect spot, very close walk for everything you need. I can't wait to come back to Spokane in the near future. This is going to my go-to place whenever in town. Me and my kids were here leading up to the 4th of July and a few days afterwards and my comments above haven't changed. This place is a little hidden gem and I'll be back soon.
Overpriced. $500+ for the suite and did not even include breakfast. Room was quite nice but the value just was not there. Service was ok.
Everyone at the restaurant was so nice and welcoming but the front desk person was extremely rude
Room was clean, and cozy. Definitely could've used a few more towels but no big deal.
Location is ideal on the river. 15 min walk to downtown park along the river trail, 15 min walk to Gonzaga campus. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, older building but nicely updated, not fancy but very pleasant stay. We will come back!
