We have a reservation through booking.com we have already been charged for the room! the guy Guy at the front desk said there is nothing under our name and there are rooms available. They are crooks. Stay away from this place!
We were told that rooms were updated, rooms were outdated, very dirty. Killed several big spiders on the wall and floor. Broken door in bathroom, bottom of bathroom door rotten, sink leaks water near faucets. Red Lions use to be a quality hotel...this one is certainly not up to what we remember them to be. Wish we could at least get a partial refund.
