Wasn't too clean but they did give me another room was a little better
Exactly what I hoped for—spotless rooms, comfy beds, and a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly without being overbearing, and everything worked like it should. Breakfast was hot and filling, and parking was easy. No drama, just a smooth and comfortable experience.
Room was ok. Most definitely not a pillow top bed. The bathroom was so gross, I refused to shower there. It stunk, like musty mildew. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! I booked through Sonesta Hotels. Had a reciept for 1 price, my credit card charge notification come through more than what I had already paid. Would have been nice to know! For thos price, i could have stayed at a real hotel!
If you have anybody come pick you up and you take more than 5 minutes you will be harassed by the staff that has nothing better to do then to Pace back and forth and make you feel very uncomfortable and your guest
Expensive for how run down this place is, not to mention I was woke up at 3 am by a homeless man yelling and screaming outside my window. The homeless shelter is just blocks from it. I booked online for me my husband and grandson along with my puppy, I ended up going by myself but they still charged me for all.
