Worst place to stay in will never ever stay here agian, one I asked days in advance if we could check in early if we arrived early, we'll that didnt happen we had to wait till almost 4pm to get our room. Second the tv didnt work we told them if it didnt work we wanted a diffrent room. That never happend. Oh and they gave us a roll away bed for our son but didnt give us sheets blankets nothing and the bed smelt horrible. Our son refused to sleep on it. I really wish I would of booked a diffrent place. The rooms were very run down and dirty. There was food all over the carpet in our room, prints on the headboard and curtains were falling down. The pool only had a couple of metal chairs by it. The cabinets were all nicked up and stains on the sofa and chairs.

I took my mom to mineral wells to visit some family. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and the bath tub that was advertised. The pool and service desk was the best part. We got to the room and i was immediately disappointed. It was not the $150 a night room that was advertised. The tub was small and cheap. The towels were from the dollar store. There were scrapes and holes in the wall and floor of the room and bathroom. Hard dried up stuff all in front of the ice box. The ac had to stay on 60 to keep the room at ... read more

We stay here every time we come for a baseball tournament, and we always enjoy the stay. The breakfast is good and the service is great. This year, my son left his stuffed animal in the bed, and the management team found it and mailed it to me. My son will always be grateful for getting his favorite toy back.
