Arrived. Elevator not working and they place us on the last floor. Same day, in the evening, laundry room out of order. Same night, found a HUGE pee stain on the sofa, under the cushions. Nasty!!! Lady working the breakfast room, not friendly. Asked her a few times for things and the look she gives you and way she responds, not at all good. Jacuzzi was not hot at all. Warm if at that.
