No coffee in rooms (they want you to pay their over the top prices at their restaurant) only two bath towels for a two night stay and when I asked the maid for two more she looked at me like I was bothering her as if I could just use mine twice. We went out to enjoy the view of the river and found out the door swipe was broken and we couldn’t get back in with the only way back was to walk along the outside of the pool on a hill and thru bushes and got lucky to find a unlocked door on the other side. I just wanted to thank Brittany, the head of housekeeping, for helping us manage the crisis of when we found our puppy passed away in the room. Through no fault of anyone or anything to do with red lion it was a complete accident. But Brittany was exceptionally helpful and deftly managed the situation, we couldn't have asked for more.
