Very loud they allowed people in parking lot to plat their car radios until after 1 am multiple days in a row. Very sketchy coming back to room at night. They add charges to your card at random. No customer service several request to speak with manager with no reply. I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel were disappointing. The rooms definitely need to be updated, and the pool area needs a complete renovation as well. The pool area was dirty, the windows looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time, and the pool water was cloudy and cold. Best place for river access, but hotel definitely needs to remodel rooms for the price your paying and food could be better rather would get food else where.
