A dump. Bathroom fan tied to the light and so worn out and noisy you have to shower in the dark. Carpet filthy, smell in the room from years of cleaning chemicals overwhelming, even from the time you enter the building to the time you enter the room the smell is obvious. Windows blurred from years of hard water sprinklers with no clear view. Toilet runs for minutes after flushing and seat broken. Catering was a disaster. Chicken was tough. Some people ate an hour after everyone else. Special meals were literally lost.
Had the worst stay which could have been better if the front desk Tammy was not so rude as she was from the start..Also room was not clean as should have been...Also since Tammy was rude to me she knew my kids were there and when they came back from the mall she started in on them so unacceptable they did nothing nor did I she is just rude..I asked for gm name and number told she was not giving it asked her her name she holds badge up says Tammy and you can complain all you want they will do nothing to me..wow horrible attit... read more
