The staff at this hotel deserve special recognition. They go above and beyond for their patrons, and the hospitality is truly amazing! The hotel itself is a great place to stay, but the staff will keep us coming back. Thanks Red Lion crew!
Stayed here for two weeks and they cleaned my room once! Overall cleanliness of the hotel is poor and the carpets will make your skin crawl. I had to ask specifically to have my room vacuumed. And the free breakfast isn’t worth the walk to the breakfast area. I wouldn’t stay here again!!!! They also allow homeless to hang out in the lobby👎🏼. Take your hard earned money elsewhere
The young person who checked us in was definitely not the kindest at greeting guests. From the moment I said hello, it seemed to me that this person had some mental health issues. I wish I would have caught his/her name. We arrived on a very hot day, 96F / 36C and after going for a swim at the hotels indoor pool, I went in search for some bottles of water for our room. Hotel needs significant updates. Good location but probably would not stay here again. Pool broken, dirty carpets, dirty common areas. We did eat several meals here with our group. Chad, Jane, and Maria provided excellent meals and service. Thank you all!
