upon checking in was nothing but 5 star service and no issues getting settled in. Management was very polite and helpful getting me settled in.has a very good breakfist variety of biscuits and gravy toast , sausage , potatoes , eggs , waffles , juice , coffee.

Fue maravillosa mi estadía allí, todo estuvo muy limpio, el servicio es increíble, el sauna, piscina, la fogata todo te da una experiencia única. Esta cerca a todo, los traslados entre el hotel y el aeropuerto es un plus. Lo recomiendo mucho es muy bueno este lugar.

The location is great, as it is in downtown area where everything is accessible, shops and stores are nearby. Service is good, like their breakfast bit fancier than most hotels. Also love that the hotel have indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, it is really warm inside. BUT, I hate that our room cold AC is so freaking not working right, it didn’t get cold in our room, the AC is for sure due for change, guess only good for heater but not cold ac. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff were so unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. It was disappointing. They are often not there at all. I emailed the general manager to share the feedback there instead of here but received no reply. We were overcharged & our room was not to our satisfaction but we couldn't get help because there was no one at the front each time we went. We ended up tracking down a room cleaner to get what we needed. Use a different hotel in the area... read more

My family and I were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Red Lion Hotel. We had two rooms, and both were in equally poor condition. The carpets were filthy and heavily stained, and we even found garbage under the beds — including some pills, which is completely unacceptable. The towels were stained and frayed. The curtains were dirty, and there was hair left on the bathroom counter. Everything we touched in the room was sticky.
