Service was horrible, only had one server, I had to ask 3 times to have a room with air conditional. First one did not have power, second one did not have air condition and no light in the main bedroom. In the last room, the air conditioner was on top of the wall, So all the heat stayed up. Really it a great place to waste your money. Don't worry, You get no refunds if you get a room online. And also all of the rooms had no bedding. This place is horrendous, it took 3 different room changes just for a room with heat, even though th e 3rd room had no phone to complain and no power supply for the tv there is water mark on the walls dust all in the closet weird roofing. For having so many rooms its like maybe 5 tops have any sort of heat, by the way you can't refund your money so you're forced to sleep in cold or have something messed up or keep changing rooms, at least the staff are some what ok and a decent and the location is the best thing about this t... read more

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and cheerful when we checked in. In December, there was no heat on in the room when we arrived. The room had a very strong mildew smell. There was no shower curtain, which made the floor slippery. In my past history, Waited quite awhile for warm water in shower. The cold and hot are reversed. Red Lion has been known to be very reputable high end hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case for our stay.

Friendly front desk staff, nice clean rooms and great price under 100.00 for our stay, probably off-season prices but still very nice.
