I was very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. We walked in the room stunk the TV didn't work. There was no remote control. I had to go to the front desk and tell the lady no remote control. So she goes oh here and hands me one. I go back to the room. It did not work and she says well not all remotes that we have work on the TVs so she moved us to a different room said make sure the remote works before we confirm that you're going to be in this other room. Shame on Red Lion Hotels! This place was most disgusting!! Needs lots of work! Especially the fans In bathroom & the Air conditioning so gross! Moldy!!

I reserved a room for a night. When we arrived the front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. We were given our key cards early which was a plus. After we settled in with our belongings, we immediately noticed finger nail clippings by the microwave and under the bed. There was leftover rice in the microwave, dirt and crumbs in various areas on the carpet. Mirrors were dirty and smudged. We immediately packed our belongings and asked for another room.
