Rooms had been updated. However the bed in my room was worn out with broken springs on one side. Shower clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. Sticky spots on the laminate floor of the room from uncleaned beverage spill. Carpeted hallways of the common areas hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed for an inappropriate length of time. When I checked in, there appeared to be far too few staff for such a large facility. Front desk person was running requests to rooms. I’m so discourage because I was told this hotel was great, but NO! First Night someone else hair in the shower. Next day as I was resting in bed , ummm house cleaning came in (do not disturbed was on) front desk were told no sorry nada, this was my last draw the stain on sheets shared with front desk just a face of omg. We will definitely stay here again. The customer service at check in was smooth, easy and so so friendly. Tesha, gave us 4 women a complimentary drink voucher. So when we got settled we went to the bar/restaurant. Our bar staff was just fantastic, friendly and welcoming. We had appetizers. A lot of people raved about the food offered. The shower was nice with a massage feature. Great stay!!!!
