Twice we have gotten to the airport and called them at the number they provide . They do not answer it . Last time we took a uber . This time I called 10-12 times . Then called hotel number . And answered and said the driver got stuck in traffic . When they finally got there another customer said the same thing. They do not answer the number . He also did not mention the traffic. When we came into the lobby the front desk girl was just sitting in the lobby on her phone . No one behind the desk . Cruddy service .

Bait and switch. Beware. We stayed here in Feb 2026. Their van was broken and didn't pick us up at the airport, so we paid $40 for a cab ride and motel wouldn't give us a credit. The next morning there was no coffee ("supplier issues") and no breakfast ("restaurant being renovated"). Rooms are dark and old. No manager on site to approve a credit or help with these issues. Find something better for your money.

There were roaches in the room. The key cards deactivate every time you leave, forcing you to repeatedly return to the front desk just to access your room. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with management. While waiting outside for a ride, a woman in a company van pulled up and asked me for my room number without identifying herself.
