Bait and switch. Beware. We stayed here in Feb 2026. Their van was broken and didn't pick us up at the airport, so we paid $40 for a cab ride and motel wouldn't give us a credit. The next morning there was no coffee ("supplier issues") and no breakfast ("restaurant being renovated"). Rooms are dark and old. No manager on site to approve a credit or help with these issues. Find something better for your money.

There were roaches in the room. The key cards deactivate every time you leave, forcing you to repeatedly return to the front desk just to access your room. I also had an uncomfortable interaction with management. While waiting outside for a ride, a woman in a company van pulled up and asked me for my room number without identifying herself. I later learned she was the General Manager, Veronica, only after going inside to file a complaint. The room was NOT clean and the bathroom was disgusting. Also there were roaches in people's room. I didn't sleep a wink because it was nasty. But American Airlines paid for everything so I guess it was better than nothing...but I wouldn't spend my money there.
