Let numerous messages and text to Vince, no call or text back. My card expires tmrrw, now have to find a diff pl like now...UGH!!!
Haven't been able to get ahold of them for 3 days and their voicemail inbox is full. Edit: I was a little harsh. 2 stars is more Fair since they were awesome when I first used them but I still can't get a hold of them so I went elsewhere. Shame they don't care enough to follow up with anybody (I'm assuming since the voicemail box is full). If they're doing their Black Friday pop up this year, do it because it's much cheaper; however, don't expect to renew with them unless you want to wait until the last minute.
