I had take out lunch one day great food but could have used a little more tofu in my soup

Delicious vegan and vegetarian food, artfully prepared and flavor-balanced to perfection. You absolutely have to try the Gobi Manchurian (cauliflower lightly fried in chickpea flour and tossed with a sweet and spicy sauce)!
