These guys are great!!! I have a 2009 super duty 6.4 that had a coolant leak. I have several other shops including a dealership tell me they was in the EGR cooler leaking. I got there on a Monday morning just after they open without an appointment and within an hour they found that it was just a hose. I highly recommend these guys they are honest and fast. They are my new go to shop for all the mechanic work that needs to be done to my truck. 😁😁
By far one of the best shops around. Red Label takes care of all of our company vehicles and our personal vehicles. They do a great job on all of our vehicles. I would highly recommend Red Label to anyone needing any mechanical work done.
I would be happy if they would return a phone call and let us know what the status is of our truck that they have had 3 times now. Paid over $7,000 and had the truck back a day and had a problem. Took it back and again they had the truck forever without responding back to calls. Now we were told we would have a diagnoses by last Friday and still haven't heard anything. Seriously, how do people not have a vehicle for months at a time. Truck was there almost all Summer.
This place is not a good repair shop. They only fix what is either obvious or asked for. That is our definition of bad service. They do not go deeper to figure out if you have a problem with your vehicle what may be the cause. We will NEVER recommend any business to you.
They are always helpful and nice. Every time I have a question they make time to answer it and help me through the process. They are incredibly flexible and very well priced for their grade A+ service
Took my 99 dodge 2500 diesel to red label for the first time, spoke with cody over the phone and in person extremely happy with the service and the advice I was given about the mistakes i made. Will definitely be back to them for more work......huge shout out to the gentleman that helped me out when I can to pick up my truck
