Red key did very well with our move in. The house was ready in time and everything was clean. The staff was also very helpful especially Diane staying on top of everything and making everything very easy. All questions were answered in a timely manner and the move in process went smoothly. No complaints.
I have just recently started doing business with red key so I cannot say much about the company until time allows me to. I will say as far as a person who works for them, Mrs Diane Kaye Is awesome! Mrs Kaye went out of her way to Help my family and myself find a home. So far, we all love this house and feel A great comfort being there. So thank you very much Mrs Kaye for giving us an opportunity to rent a nice home. If Mrs. Kaye is any example of what Red Key will be like then they too will be awesome But only time will tell
I have been renting from Red Key for a couple years now and this past week has been nothing but amazing. My air conditioning unit blew out Wednesday night, just a few days before an incoming Omaha heat wave (we all know how tough those are!). Within 10 minutes of submitting my maintenance request, Lisa with Red Key reached out to me asking what was going on. This is at about 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening. Diane Kaye was an absolute rockstar for us in helping find the right home. She went way above and beyond and we could not possibly be happier with our experience. Give this woman a raise!!
Had an open house at 4pm several people were waiting we got a message at 4:15 they double booked and won’t be there. Rescheduled for the following day at 7pm got a text at 5:30 pm the house had been rented Update within less then a day someone reached out and apologized ,explained what happened, and is now helping me on my search
