I was a tenant at red key for 3 years. They took over management for a property that I was currently in. They were far better than my previous experiences and they're always quick to respond. Highly Recommend!
Worst company ever. Do not use them rent or let them rent your property. Owner say he will call you back never does. I called to complain about the office lady who is terrible. Magically after I call my auto pay that has been set up for 4 years doesn’t go through they sent me a ton of late charges and then won’t reply. If you ask to talk to a manager good luck no one will call you back. This company is the definition of slum lord.

I've been renting from Redkey for 2 years, and I only have 3 days left, so here's my 2-year review. Here's my issue: I think my problems stem from my landlord more than the management company, though, Redkey did straight up lie when we moved in. Our move-in experience: "Cool. We will take this overpriced house. But the fence is broken and we have dogs, so we need the fence fixed." "Makes sense.
