Diane Kaye was an absolute rockstar for us in helping find the right home. She went way above and beyond and we could not possibly be happier with our experience. Give this woman a raise!!
Had an open house at 4pm several people were waiting we got a message at 4:15 they double booked and won’t be there. Rescheduled for the following day at 7pm got a text at 5:30 pm the house had been rented Update within less then a day someone reached out and apologized ,explained what happened, and is now helping me on my search
I went on Google today just to find the phone number of Red Key and I seen the reviews. My mouth dropped because this is an amazing company. I have such an opposite experience of every day haters. I went out to view two houses that this property management company was showing. The lady doing the showing was rude, and got mad about people touching things such as the garage door opener because the garage would no longer shut. FYI, to red key because I know they read these, if you’re renting out a home, future tenants should test to see if things work, no one wants to live in a piece of junk. I feel bad for the people that rent from them. I was going to rent one of their houses and they only respond every Couple days. I’ve never been able to get through to anyone through their phone line . Looks like they need to change their management. They haven’t got a good review in over eight months.
