I've been renting from Redkey for 2 years, and I only have 3 days left, so here's my 2-year review. Here's my issue: I think my problems stem from my landlord more than the management company, though, Redkey did straight up lie when we moved in. Our move-in experience: "Cool. We will take this overpriced house. But the fence is broken and we have dogs, so we need the fence fixed." "Makes sense. Diane Kaye was very helpful, respectful, and punctual in helping me and my girlfriend while looking for our house.
Leaves tenants without AC for over a week in the summer with very little Communication
Changes appointment times more than once and doesn't show up for showings. Zero communication. Beware. You're treatment now will be your treatment when something goes wrong.
