My family and I stopped at The Red Iguana during a road trip from Fort Lewis to Denver. We had seen the Triple D episode and were curious. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing. We appreciated the attention to detail in everything we tasted. We admired their ability to marry authenticity with a fresh-something-different kind of feel in every bite. The Red Iguana is the real deal Mexican food without being an old tired cliché.

Best Mexican Restaurant in Utah...but you must order the mole enchiladas; Mango, and Poblano are the best! :-)
