Hi I have a bad experience with Dr Jeevani Ranaweera i have a appointment and just got call before 10 minutes that your appointment cancelled and i drive along with my 3 month old son . So please before booking her check other paediatrician. Thanks or be prepared to cancal
The dr jeevani ranaweera she is not good if you have a appointment please prepare she cancal at a moment just 5 minutes before time so be prepared . Wasted my time
EDIT: I initially had a lower star review due to the below. However, I received a phone call from the head paediatrician herself who wanted to see how they can make the process better for others in future. I was very impressed with her concern and she mentioned nothing about changing my review, I’m simply doing this myself. Called the rooms to see if they are taking on new patients but receive the automated message that they firstly need a referral before they will schedule an appointment. Called the rooms to see if they are taking on new patients but receive the automated message that they firstly need a referral before they will schedule an appointment. So I organise a GP appointment to get a referral specifically made out and sent to them. The automated message also tells new patients to wait 2 weeks for the referral to be processed and only after that if you haven’t heard anything, to call and follow up.
