By far the best I've tried in Tehachapi. There's actually some great technique that goes in to the food prep and execution of the food itself. You can certainly tell that original recipes are used and not anything out of a bottle or can. A nice change from the other 2 "wanna be" steakhouses here. Maybe the owner here can give the "wanna be" chefs some pointers, lord knows they certainly need it. Bravo Red House! Service and staff are on point as well.

We had no problems here the food is great. The BBQ sauce is Awesome & so is the food.
Amazing food. The brisket was tender, the chili is probably the best I've ever had. We will be back on our way home from Vegas.
Accept no substitutes! This is my favorite BBQ anywhere! The atmosphere, and dedication to detail is so nice, you'll want to stay when you're done eating ( that will take some time given the size of servings). Great job guys & gals!!
This place has the best ribs I have ever eaten and the people are great. Worth every penny.
