Whenever I come home to Cambridge and meet up with my old dear friends there, it's to the Red House, with Chef Paul's continued success in his culinary arts, and hospitality. It's a welcomed change to come home to from Miami, FL, and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy all over again, just being home, and in the care of such a reliable old familiar chef whom I've been around since Gianinos at the Charles Hotel before I moved to Miami 15 years ago.
