Red Hot & Blue was founded by three Southerners who longed for great barbeque. The first Red Hot & Blue restaurant was opened to rave reviews in Arlington, VA. I love the Red, Hot and Blue. They have the best Potato Salad I have ever had. The only thing holding me back from giving them five stars, is the fact that they don't have Macaroni and Cheese as a side dish like some of their competitors do.
