Friendly and informative Wait Staff. Food was cooked to perfection. Generous portions!! Delicious, l cleaned my plate. Beef Brisket.

Red Hot & Blue is one of the best BBQ restaurants around. Somewhat different than other BBQ places. All of their food is excellent, but my favorite is the Memphis Half-Chicken. It is wonderful. Servers are almost always friendly and concerned about your likes and dislikes and frequently checking with you to see if there is anything you require.
This was a great place to eat. My family really enjoyed it. The food and service was great!
I have been twice now. Both times it took forever for a waitress to come either seat me or take my order. I had a coupon and it still cost almost $30. The barbecue is good but it's not that good. There are other barbecue places that are just as good that do not cost nearly that much money. Needless to say because the food is good but not that good the service was lousy and the price was way too high... I won't be back.
Our first time here and we will be back again Great food and great people just found our new bar-b-que restaurant loved it....
