No answer, no estimate or quote by the end of the day as told or several days later for that matter. No response to messages. Had to go with another company with better response and customer service. I’m sure they build a good trans but unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to find out. Gotta answer the phone and respond to customers . As a business owner myself, if you can’t handle the calls and messages , hire someone to do that so you don’t miss out on earning a loyal customer.
After a few weeks of waiting the guys took care of my 2018 Ram 2500 with a rebuilt transmission. Trucks driving amazing and thanks to Jeff’s updates they really installed great confidence in their business. This is my first time using them and I’ll be back.
Want to start by saying this is the only review I’ve ever written in my life. Hopefully this saves someone else thousands of dollars and weeks/months wasted like me. These guys could not be more unprofessional. I should have known from the very first phone call as they never followed up with the invoice or cost comparisons that they said they would.
