This place has a great idea! Above average coffee, tasty local brews, TV's and board games, and a very Austin vibe. Missing one thing however- substantial food. If you plan on enjoying a few beers (or a few beer flights), you need something other than hummus and pita bread or a sandwich to soak up some alcohol. As a hopeful repeat customer, I would hope to see the food menu expand here. Pizza/flat breads would be a good idea, even things like: meat/cheese rolls, maybe corn fritters. Highly recommend the Red it was by far my favorite. I will be purchasing a growler soon, along with some beans for home brew. Thank you for all the effort and time it shows.
Quality pour over, and a good selection of beans so you get your choice of coffee. Plus, I didn't have to venture to mid-to-South Austin for it!

Well after 5 weeks, most of which have had multiple visits, Red Horn has yet to disappoint. Awesome beer, Awesome friendly staff, great atmosphere and and close to home. I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on that, but based on everything else I am sure it is great. We are happy!
