If I could rate negative stars, I would! This place is unethical and extremely deficient in service. I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe, the one I purchased from here and thought I could rely on, to this dealership for a warranty covered panoramic sunroof replacement. I received a call from Lacey telling me that the tech for the sunroof said the windshield would need to be removed in order to install a new sunroof.
