Very peaceful and 9 out of 10 on safety for kids playing my only complaint would be the extremely high utility bill its almost 3 to 4 times higher than my electric bill that has only went up to 96$ one time
Apartments are small don’t like that tenets just walk dogs and don’t pick up dog poop 💩
Bad management. AVOID THIS PLACE! Yes the rent may be cheaper but you won't get the same unit as shown on the listings! Place is dirty and unkempt. Again, PLEASE avoid this place. Take your money somewhere else. You don't deserve to live here.
Dana the manager of the apartment complex is wonderful!! She is friendly, helpful, and is always there when a tenant needs her. She is very knowledgeable and always makes you feel welcome whether it is person or on the phone. She will be missed so much!!!! Best Wishes on your future Dana!!
