Had positive experiences with Dr. Heinz up until recently. Unfortunately I had a personal emergency and missed a virtual visit. When I returned the call 20 minutes late and spoke with the secretary and explained my situation and apologies, I was met with rudeness and an accusatory response. I asked to reschedule and was told I would receive a call back. Still have yet to receive the call back.
