Arturo Ottolenghi started his weekend business out of his garage in Cleveland, OH in 1978. He sold Supertack hot melt glue sticks for electric glue guns. In 1985, Arturo added Supergrit Abrasives ( another consumable product ) to the line and devoted full time to Red Hill. We ordered 16 various grit wide belts from Supergrit and were impressed with the entire process from ordering to delivery. Pricing was below competition and quality is on par or better. We recommend these folks!
First time buyer and as previously indicated from other reviewers, I'm very happy with their service. Fast, timely delivery for a reasonable price. When I opened my order, they had included a cpl of samples to try out, and a note that they had some other stock at half price! I'll be coming back.

I received outstanding customer service from Red Hill/Supergrit for a recent Internet order. I had ordered ten pieces of a very obscure size of sanding belt (which I'd been unable to find anywhere else). When Red Hill learned that they were just short of having ten in stock, they telephoned me within a day to A) double-check that the size I specified was correct, and B) ask if they could substitute belts of an alternate grit in order to make up the total of ten without delaying the order--which was perfectly acceptable to me... read more
