Such an exciting shop. So many ideas. The ladies are so sweet. Has such a variety of ideas.
At best, the staff has been indifferent. I've been in there before, walked through the entire store, then walked out because not one staff member addressed me, even to say, "Welcome". There are better places to shop in the area.

Extremely rude and condescending to customer. Was in the shop yesterday to purchase plastic to make my own templates, was asked if I needed help and told the woman (whom I had not previously seen at the shop) what I was looking for. She told me in a loud and rude voice that this was a quilt shop and they carried quilt patterns and fabric. I was taken aback and embarrassed by her response to me. This is such a great shop that offers a better selection than the chain fabric stores. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about any hair brain project that you could come up with and great with on the spot questions. This is one of those 5 Star hole in the wall shops.
