Had a challenging drain clog due to rust buildup and Armando was able to handle it plus he installed a better access point for future clean outs. This was done back in November of 2023.
I called Red Hat Plumbing with a potentially challenging issue. I really appreciated that the person I spoke with was able to give me an estimate for the immediate fixes I was hoping to achieve. I also appreciated that for the parts of my request that were beyond his skill scope he was able to refer me to someone else. That gives me a lot of respect for a business.
