I was missing orange peel chicken from my order last weekend. I was told I could have it free with my next meal, so I ordered again this weekend. I placed an even larger order than last weekend and gave a larger tip.. Added a note to the order about the missing chicken.. I didn't receive the chicken again and the I called the restaurant again. They said they would come back and delivery it. It's been three hours. It's wrong to steal from and lie to your customers.
I am 64 and have been eating Chinese food all over the U.S. since I was 5 and the Red Ginger is HANDS DOWN the best Chinese food that I have had. Their prices are outstanding and their service is so friendly and good that ALL restaurants should send their employees there for training. I usually eat there 1-3 times per week and have been doing that since we moved here 6 years ago.
Amazing food, fantastic service – We came in with a group of ten on Mother's Day, and the food was just wonderful! The entrees were some of the best I have ever eaten anywhere in he country. Our server was great, and made our dining experience a real pleasure.
a "Must Try" Probably the best Chinese restaurant in town. Nice decor and atmosphere, and service is good, but the food is really the main attraction. Walnut shrimp!!!

exceptional menu, even healthy choices with steamed meats and vegetables. Excellent sweet and sour chicken, not too much breading. The Kung Pao three delight of beef, chicken and shrimp was excellent. Small, very nice decor dining room, fast service as in most good Chinese restaurants and a very busy take out service.
Good neighborhood place Great local place to drop in for good Chinese food. It's not fancy here and you can be very casual. Bring your family, they are kid friendly and dig in!

Good Food I really love the food here. I don't know if it's authentic chinese cuisine but it is fresh and cooked well. Price is really reasonable and the staff is great.
