Kirk Griggs has come to my rental numerous times unannounced. Snooping around the property. He’s rude, EXTREMELY unprofessional, disrespectful, creepy and reeked of alcohol upon his last unannounced visit. I say creepy because again, he's showed up unannounced walking around the property (before I had ever seen his face or knew he he was, he was not the guy we rented from), he’s stood on my porch staring into my living room window. Horrible they weren't for sure what properties they had for rent and wasn't office never open and everytime you contact the owner he sounds under the influence
