I have known Mr. Bennett for over 20 years. Mr. Bennett's integrity and professionalism are definitely above reproach. He has been renting multiple properties for me for the past seven. He is the only property manager that I have heard of that actually makes quarterly walk throughs and complete and total background checks and even calls previous landlords for references. Larry will promise you the world before you sign on a dotted line, afterwards there is nothing but silence on his end...your roof leaks...no answer...your AC goes out...no answer. My advice is that you find another property management "company" to deal with, very unprofessional and leans toward scandalous. A previous review was absolutely correct, he brings the honorable navy and his Christianity into his business misdeeds

Horrible tried to keep my money, never inspected my home, Terrible client who could never get financing, didn't even know my washer and dryer were taken by renter, never cleaned up my place to rent it out again, claimed there was no market, reported them to Florida board of Realtors. Fired and hired Rebate Rentals and they took care of business. They had my place rented in two days. Don't get fooled by his religious BS and military service.
