The atmosphere is great, but the food is very salty. I had a group of friends with me from out of town and none of us could eat the over salted food and we declined to take the leftover home with us. Ive visited this RFBF 3 times and it was too salty every time. Their explanation was they use sea salt? All you taste is salt and it seems like they drained the sea of salt for each menu item. First time at RFBF. I ordered frog legs and was told they just ran out. I then ordered baked oysters. The waitress came back to the table and told me they didn't have baked oysters so I had to reorder again. Food was good, service was ok. They just need to have all items on the menu available.
We've been here several times and I usually like it. This time I was told they had a 10 minute wait, which was fine, except a lot of tables were empty. Then, they seated other people who just walked in the door and complained about the wait, ahead of us. We would of preferred sitting outside(again, plenty of EMPTY tables) but were put in the other area, next to the waitress station, no drink menu, waitress was awful. Awesome place. I make sure and stop here every time I come to Pensacola for work. The best atmosphere and great food and service. Love the bloody Mary's too.
It was so delicious that we came back the next night. Blackened black drum with asparagus and a sundried tomato cream sauce was awesome!
Fantastic Food! Fantastic Service! Fabulous Atmosphere!!! We came to Pensacola for a swim meet and decided to head over toward the beach for dinner when we got here. Can't believe we stumbled onto such a cool place. The tiki torches, fire put, and string lights out back create a beautiful dinner atmosphere on the bay. The children also had a blast! We will definitely make sure to visit again�
Frank our waiter was just amazing! This our second time here..we are from NY and we add this to our trip...the food is just fantastic!!
Great time as always. A place we visit on a regular basis.
