What I got vs what I asked for. I don’t know what happened. The blonde tone is a mismatch for my skin tone and not light enough. On top of that, I’ve had a lot of breakage since the appointment. Thank god he didn’t make me look like the picture, my hair would’ve been burnt off in globs. The color pattern is bizarre; the ends are brown, and the middle is blonde. I spent nearly $750 on this appointment. After I left, I noticed a section near the top of my hair was noticeably orange, even though we were aiming for a silver tone. I sent a polite message asking if the issue could be corrected. Rather than discussing how to fix it, I was told how great my hair looked and that others had complimented it when I left. I’m a booth renter/contractor at Red Feather Salon, just like everyone else here except the amazing owners, Hasaan and Remy—and I can truly say this is one of the best salon environments I’ve ever worked in. I had a consult with Abby since I had dye in my hair and wanted an adjustment. She walked me through the entire process, answered any questions I had and did a test to see if the color I wanted would work with what I currently had. When I came in for my next appt, she again walked me through the whole process. It's one of the few times I really felt comfortable with a stylist, she's very knowledgeable and easy to work with! I absolutely love my hair and can't wait to head back!

Abby is the best stylist I’ve ever seen. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about color and explains things so that it’s easy to understand. Anyone would be lucky to have her work her magic for them.
