Super hard to get ahold of, once finally got in touch they said they haven't answered because they are an East coast company, called again 3 times during there "open hours" and still no answer. Would not feel comfortable giving money to someone I can't even call and ask questions to.

After being left high and dry at the last minute by another photo booth company (that turned out to be a scam and trying to recoup our payment to them) we found Red Eye less than a week before out event. Not only were they able to provide us with a booth at the last minute they were also able to use our logo to have printed on the photo strip.
