I have supported this practice since it first opened and have been a regular customer for the last 20 years. I have on at least four occassions in the last two years raised concerns with Dr Mendis about their falling standards with this practice. One significant issue is their arrogant male receptionist, why he's there is beyond reason. My second concern is what I believe to be a lack of medical skill, resulting in myself having to canvass other Doctors for more precise medical determinations. Beautiful
Refused to see my sick son because a family member hadn’t visited within 12 months. Appointments were available and my son is sick and needs to see a doctor!!! Disgusting.
I'm abit disappointed. The web page say they are open til 1pm on Saturdays. The voice message says its not open at all.. UPDATE your time table Red Edge.
