We had another plumbing come out prior to contacting Red Dragon Plumbing through our home warranty but the issue was never resolved. Months later we called Red Dragon plumbing and he came out the same day. He assessed the reason for the lack of water flow in one of our bathrooms. Once he identified the problem, he even talked to the water company on our behalf. We were able to get the problem fixed and the customer service provided was great!!
Came to see our job through American home warrantee. Not helpful at all and extremely aggressive in tone and rude. Could not help us at all, instead made us feel bad. Would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.
Amazing service. Went out of his way offering advice and came out well before scheduled time just to help our piece of mind
