If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Lori Ciaravella and her team are by far the best title company I have worked with! Lori and Mike, as well as the other team members are so accessible, professional and knowledgeable. Every closing with them has been so smooth! I highly recommend their services! From the agents I work with on getting to the closing table, to the sellers and buyers, all have been delighted with their service!
Michelle, Traci and Adam were so easy to work with. They were not only accessible, they were also highly professional, knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile when necessary. I highly recommend them. My sellers couldn't have been happier!
They were awesome, very accommodating. If you are looking for a title company to go through I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY. This company is completely unreliable and mismanaged. They sent out insurance premium check for thousands of dollars to the wrong address and now we are having to handle notice of cancellation letters on our insurance policy on the day of a hurricane. This level of mismanagement and egregiously poor quality is unacceptable when you are trusting a company with the critical tasks of legal documents and closing on a home which cannot afford any errors.
