Pam is an exceptional realtor, especially for first time homebuyers like us. She explained the process so that we could understand it. She was very knowledgeable, negotiated well with the seller's agent, and was extremely responsive. Pam never left us without an answer or update. Pam truly has connections all over the Sturbridge area. Not only is she great, but everyone she puts you in contact with is great too. They made the post-buying process so much less stressful. We will be giving her information to all of our friends ... read more
Dawn recently helped me rent an apartment. As an out of state landlord she made the process easy. I highly recommend Dawn and I will call her again on my next rental, purchase or sale!
Pam is incredible - as first-time homebuyers we had a hard time breaking through the market the past few years. When we connected with Pam she was so knowledgeable about our area, and helpful with the first-time buying process. She was also a joy to work with, we loved viewing houses with her and getting her insight. Her tenacity was appreciated and we are so happy with our home! She is our go-to!!
Pam was so patient and quick to respond to each document request or information needed to complete the sale. She is a very kind women who works in the best interest of her client but genuine to the potential buyers. After we purchased the home, she did follow up, let a lovely gift and even gave us the name of her contractor who we used to get some quick repairs done before the move in. Great customer service.
Pam did an awesome job, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend Red Door Realty. Thanks Pam!!!!
