Dealing with this company was horrible. It was so bad that our property owner fired them and deals directly with us now. Lack of professionalism is my main complaint. I would routinely submit service requests for water damage and they would go unresolved. Getting them to transfer the deposit from them to the owner took over two months. Avoid this company at all costs.
Just a word of advice, never live in an apartment this company manages. List of issues is too long, and I've wasted enough of my time with them.
i sent in an application after viewing an apartment i really loved, the realtor told me it would take 24-48 hrs for them to get back to me. it’s been about 5 days and i’ve called several times to see if i got approved or denied and every time i go to voicemail. this is really frustrating considering that i found my dream apartment and they have no concern for getting back to applicants.
Currently a tenant and have been trying to talk to someone on the phone about a fee on my account since December.. I have called 6 times, text and email all asking to be contacted back since the beginning of December. No one has called me. I have the owner of the house number and if no one calls me back by the end of the week, I will be contacting the owner.
