I started service with them a couple years ago, and had a good experience getting set up, and the autopay system worked great. I used them for quite awhile while I renovated and through my move. The unit was in a spot off the main road just out of town so I felt safe storing items there. I had only one issue and they handled it wonderfully. There was a hiccup in communication at moveout when they were switching phone systems, and my moveout didnt get logged, leading to a past due invoice being sent to me. I love the Red storage unit. They are very helpful and units are clean.
Went for an auction. Yodeler was 30-45min late, but otherwise everything went well.
I have no complaints very nice and friendly staff always help me when I need it
The Red Door Storage Unit was Absolutely Perfect. Easy Access. Clean and safe. The staff was easily reached during regular hours. Just what I needed for my storage space. Keep up the excellent hard work Red Door you guys got "Room".😊
