Dr Lum has been my dentist for 10 years .I had many issues with my teeth when I first met him and the good doctor did things I was told by others couldn't be done .
Dr. Lum is the rudest most unprofessional dentist I've ever had the misfortune of being worked on by. He swears at you, wont let you talk and doesn't even explain what he's doing or planning to do in your own mouth. When I told him he for once needed to hear what I wanted done he told me to go home and take an Ativan and come back. Oh ya, he also gave me Botox in my forehead and I had no eyelids for over a month and I looked mad all the time and I could see my own eyelids hanging down. Horrible "doctor".
Dr Lum and team went above and well beyond the expectations I had . Highly recommended .
I met Dr. Patrick through getting my botox done and he offered to help with some teeth work. The con of it for me was having to travel all the way to South Surrey but you know what? It was worth it. I think it was probably the most fun I had at the dentist and no one usually has fun there, am I right? Him and Heather were super nice and funny.
