Full of rats
Office staff is LAZY and piss poor, Refusing to answer the phones when tents call, refusing to send out tenant ledgers when requested! Please if you fall on hard times they WILL NOT ASSIST YOU. I have never seen this magnitude of unprofessionalism in my entire life. They would rather see you homeless than to take care of the problem. Stay away from this company

We lived on Joni's Circle for a year and had fabulous service. Even when there was a problem the amazing maintenance people were right there to correct it! Both John and Michael in the office were easy to work with and always contacted us back if we had a question or concern.
