Didn’t show up for their appointment so i called and they said they couldn’t find a technician to come out today, and never notified me of that. I was waiting for the tech all morning and they weren’t even going to tell me they weren’t showing up. And then their next available appointment was a month away. Taking my business elsewhere

Gavin found thick creosote buildup and cracks needing chimney repair. He completed the job on the spot. He was knowledgeable, polite, and clean. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a job well done. Excellent service, our chimney is now safe to use again.
