We recently had a work party at the red dog and they were extremely accommodating! We had a large party and they served us quickly and our wait staff was very attentive. 5 stars for great service and staff!
I dont know how a medium rare burger and 3 fish tacos can take 50 minutes to make. 4 other tables besides us, so its not like they are busy at all. "Fish tacos" takes you halfway through one to get any fish. Not the first time it has taken an hour to get food. Service subpar at best. Apparently empty cup at the end of the table doesn't mean anything. Not impressed once again. Plenty of other restaurants on the water that have much better service and quality.
I love the Red Dog Grill I own a couple of properties there at Heritage Harbour and eat there every weekend they had a little hiccup when they hired a new manager 4-5 months ago but they brought the original managers back and the head cook and the place is back awesome again
Made reservations for 10 ppl they stuck us in a corner with 3 tables that were made for 2ppl each. We were there for half hour never took our drink order. We decided to leave the manager stood there and watched is walk out no one said a word to us. We asked to have our checks split no one got back to us. Will never go there again
Just had a delicious burger on the patio. Perfect weather for being outside! I love the atmosphere and view. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
I want to give a big shout out to Megan theobald for a great lunch she was so respectful fulfilled our needs in a timely manner thanks so much me and my husband and couple friends will be coming back again soon
I went here last week and that is the last time I will ever come here. Terrible service and the food took more than two hours to be served. Once it was served it was worse than I could ever imagine. I am more than upset with this, seems like a very unprofessional place that I'm telling everyone to skip out on.
Had a great visit and great service. Nakia Gordon is a top notch waitress and will meet your hunger needs.
LOVED sitting outside on the patio in this nice weather. Delicious drink and food, we will definitely be coming back.
