Had the tech, Anthony Williams come by today, 6/23/26 for my bi annual checkup. He was through and explained everything he did. The system is in great shape and no additional maintenance is needed at this time. I hate pressure sales and there was none. He did however offer options for duct and coil cleaning and gave me estimates if I was interested. No pressure talk.
We have used this company for years. Always had great service in the past. Purchased our HVAC system through Costco with this company, and was pleased. However, recent events have given me a change of heart. Four weeks ago, we called Fur to request our scheduled cleaning (under the monthly maintenance charge we have), and we also asked that our HVAC panel for AC and heating be inspected. Made an appointment to have AC inspected. Was told they would arrive between 12-4. At 9:00 there was a FH Furr van in our parking lot. I told him he was early and he said someone would be back. My wife called and was told they would have the tech turn around and come back right away. Sometime later, she called back and asked why he didn’t come back. told a women and her small kids at 8:30 am, they would be there by early afternoon to fix an emergency outside on the house from a power line that fell during the storm. never came. called a few times after noon and they kept saying be there soon and then my last call at 4:30pm told them they were fully booked and wouldnt be able to come until next week. are you serious!?! you knew it was an emergency with little kids in a cold dark house and lied???? and at that point it was too late to find anyone else till the morning. go... read more
