Made an appointment to have AC inspected. Was told they would arrive between 12-4. At 9:00 there was a FH Furr van in our parking lot. I told him he was early and he said someone would be back. My wife called and was told they would have the tech turn around and come back right away. Sometime later, she called back and asked why he didn’t come back. told a women and her small kids at 8:30 am, they would be there by early afternoon to fix an emergency outside on the house from a power line that fell during the storm. never came. called a few times after noon and they kept saying be there soon and then my last call at 4:30pm told them they were fully booked and wouldnt be able to come until next week. are you serious!?! you knew it was an emergency with little kids in a cold dark house and lied???? and at that point it was too late to find anyone else till the morning. go... read more

Today, HVAC technician, Nick Lane came to my home to diagnose my split AC/ heater unit, which was bot functional. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was wrong with the unit and the best option; which is replacement. I phoned and texted him after he left with additional questions; he was patient, professional and answered my concerns quickly!
I have had service work and inspections done with F.H. Furr and I have had nothing but expert, professional experiences. Today I had safety inspections and general inspections on my plumbing and electrical system. The techs were very knowlegable and professional. They answered all of my questions and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I will be trusting my home and the vital components of it to F.H. Furr as long as I am here. I recommend F.H.
