The people don't tell what there doing untill we ask so we I don't know what your doing in my own mouth.
They do not know how to process insurance Do not communicate till its time for last treatment and then will hold the last treatment hostage till they ca. figure it out. Also will force you sign an agreement to make monthly payment while figuring out where they dropped the ball! Worst experience ever!
The people there are GREAT! They take their time to explain each and everything they are doing.
My daughter was supposed to get her notches removed in March. We show up and they plop a paper on the desk that says I owe $2300 and I have to sign it agreeing to pay before they will take the notches off. Mind you I prepaid for the entire deductible prior to starting treatment. They inform me that the last 1 year of insurance claims have been denied.
