I chose this orthodontist mainly because several coworkers recommended the office after having positive experiences themselves. From the first consultation, I understood why people spoke highly about them. The orthodontist listens carefully and explains treatment in a way that feels honest and easy to understand. So heartbroken with my experience. Literally shaved my teeth without consulting me!!!! My teeth have been ruined ever since.
Had an appointment with Estela for my braces on Monday at 3:00 PM. She was fantastic to work with, made the whole process very easy. I was stressed about my ortho appointment but she made it much less stressful with her chatty and positive attitude. Highly recommended.
