Robbie and the folks here are absolutely wonderful. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented, but they are genuinely kind and caring people. Robbie provided a full inspection of our Audi, explained what he found, made suggestions as to the urgency of any repairs, while never being pushy. Robbie and the office staff (I don’t remember her name but she’s a 3rd year OSU student with a future in law) are the epitome of politeness, professionalism, and courteousness. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to fix my car. They kept their promise and had it fixed the same day. They even gave me a ride home & back to them after the repair was completed, saving me the Uber expense. They are definitely my new mechanic shop.
Had some maintenance done on my LX470 and couldn’t be happier. Robbie and the team did an excellent job. Robbie was very knowledgeable, took the time to walk me through the repairs, and answered all my questions clearly. I really appreciated the thorough explanations and honest communication. Highly recommend!
