Best crossfit gym in town!! The coaches are all very attentive, always making sure everyone is doing things right, regardless of the athlete’s experience. If you’re thinking about trying out crossfit for the first time or just wanna drop in, this is your place!
I’ve had such a great experience being a CrossFit newbie. Everyone is so encouraging and it’s nice that you can scale the workouts to your ability while still challenging yourself. The gym is clean and the trainers are wonderful! LOVE this place!
Red Dirt CrossFit is an amazing gym. I have been part of this community for a while and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s a fun environment along with plenty of encouragement from the members and coaches. I would recommend this gym to anyone whether a beginner or an experienced Crossfitter!
